YouTube: MICROADVENTURING IN GA || Trail Running and Trail Tips

You all know I love big and epic adventures! However, there is something to be said about the bite-sized adventures close to home, better known as microadventures.

Microadventures are smaller (micro) adventures that reduce the barrier of entry to getting outside because they are local, do not require as much time/travel/gear, and are more accessible.

Today I went on an early season trail run at my local park and wanted to take you all along. I also sprinkle in some of my favorite trail navigation and trail running tips!
