YouTube: BOOT SCOOTIN’

We take on a little turn of events in this video.. I hurt my foot & I am in a boot! I’m sharing this video with you all simply to show what fitness can look like no matter the obstacle or less ideal scenario or that you don’t have to “give it all up” if you’re injured.

-Fitness is never wasted.

-There is always something to work on.

I wanted to show you all the modifications I am personally doing with my training, how I am shifting my mindset and still finding purpose and intention with what I am able to do.

I mentioned this in the video, but what I showcase in this video are things I am doing under the guidance of my coach, a DPT and my doctor. Please consult with your medical professional before performing any exercises if injured.

Update: I am thankfully out of the boot, but am still being really mindful with my training!
