YouTube: ULTRA MARATHON TRAINING: Week 1 || Colorado Trail Running

It’s officially week 1 of my RETURN TO ULTRA SERIES! I had big plans last year to train for another 50k, but unfortunately, an injury prevented that from happening.

This year though, I am determined to stay healthy and run another 50 miler and I am excited to bring you along for the training journey.

I’ve been prioritizing and maintaining 17-25 miles per week (in addition to my lifts) and as we dive into 2023, I will slowly dial up mileage and get ready for whatever race I have in store.

Join me in this vlog as I tackle back-to-back runs over the weekend in Colorado. I also talk about my mindset around training runs and show you what I pack on my 8-10 miler (gear + fuel)!
