Kait and Julie define mental health, talk about self-care, and the relationship between movement and mental health. Julie Chrysosferidis is a 4th year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She received her Masters in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2017, and has been practicing yoga since 2014.
