HOLIDAY WEEKEND WORKOUTS.



For many of you in my little community here you love to move. You know it helps you feel better. You want to both enjoy your weekend, have some fun & feel like your self more on Monday. ⁣

Listen — it’s okay to enjoy & want to prioritize some exercise on vacations, holidays, busy days. And we can get in a solid butt kicking in <30 min even with our own legs or body!⁣

Here are a few workouts you can do that are just running, sprinting, body weight & minimal equipment for this weekend (yes, you can swap DB’s for kettlebells or bands or your child or dog. YOLO).⁣

Each workout has a beginner, moderate & harder versions based on your needs. But feel free to swap, scale or get creative with your own!⁣


You’re not selfish for wanting to move. Do something for your self. OR invite a friend or family member to join with you.⁣
