Friendly Reminder

Here’s your friendly Monday reminder — before you skip that workout fully. Before you call it useless. Before you do none > some — remember this.

Your body doesn’t know what your workout was supposed to be it only knows what you give it.

Detraining only happens when you chronically under load, stress or move your body vs. the stimulus needed for your desired adaptation.

So yes of course, progression over time is important. But we can do a lot with a little. We can maintain a lot with a little. It actually takes less to maintain your fitness than I did to get there.

Your body only knows what you give it.

If you are working toward any specific goal some > none.

If you only care about your health some > none — literally always.

& if you are struggling this holiday season getting SOMETHIng in. Head to my bio link, and get my 12 days of WODMAS. 12 days of 100% fully free quick, short, <20 min workouts to keep you moving this holiday season.
