I’m a multi-passionate big scary goal chaser, I lift, run, learn, teach, coach, and educate. Everything I do is rooted in a fascination with the incredible potential of the human body, which I fell in love with at an early age.
I am on a mission to help people face their fears, chase big goals, and finally learn to celebrate what their bodies are capable of. With no nonsense, straight forward, simple but effect fitness training.
I have my Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, where I researched sex differences in metabolism and exercise science. I am on a mission to show you that you re not fragile. I am passionate about science-based nutrition and fitness and how the two integrate so that I can help people become their healthiest selves while chasing their boldest fitness goals.
My goal is to help get you on top of mountains, under big lifting PR’s or at the end of dream finish lines.
I grew up playing sports and went to college to pursue a career in athletics, which quickly morphed into my love of science. I earned my B.S. in Health Sciences, where I officially decided that becoming an exercise and science professional was the path for me. I then went on to get my M.S. in Exercise Physiology. Over the years, I have done powerlifting competitions, obstacle course races, ultramarathons, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, taught group ﬁtness classes, worked as a personal exercise trainer, and am now using those experiences to teach you how to crush big fitness goals.
I have been an athlete all my life, which led me down a lifelong path of pursuing movement and pushing my ﬁtness potential. This passion fostered my deep desire to learn as much as possible and use that knowledge to help others. With all the misinformation on nutrition and ﬁtness, I knew I couldn’t keep quiet. I had to demand better not just within my industry but also for others. You deserve better than what you have been sold.
I strongly believe that open, honest education is the key to helping others ﬁnd success in their health.
